There is a true team spirit within our department and people are always willing to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been a top performer multiple times over the years and I still have not had a promotion or sizable pay increase.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My perception is there is a quarter to quarter (even a month to month) existence in the management team. Things are tough but sometimes sh_t happens and goals aren't met. Keep it positive.
