In my department, since the first day hired, we have always tried to improve our process and make our customers happy. We are always spinning our wheels as to how we can improve the internal process - in order to become more efficient and as an end result - make for a happier customer.

My team is just all around "the best" they are so positive ... and always out to please the customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
I just really love my job - working with customers and my team -and I enjoy all of our investigative work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team leaders make an ongoing effort to better us. They reach out to us as a group for feed back about what changes we feel can be made that will make us grow and become more efficient as a group. It's a great place to work and very uplifting.
