My overall experience with the company through the last 1 year working there have been great. It great work environment, where people aren't only compensated fairly for there work, but given many opportunists to grow and learn new things in there field of work.

They communicate well with each other. They focus on goals and results. They offer each other support. Team members are diverse. They're organized. They have fun.

Last but not least, laughter brings joy at work. Whether it is laughing with colleagues and your team, laughing and not taking yourself too seriously or laughing at your own crazy ideas when brainstorming--people noted laughter as a key component of work.
