Everyone is so helpful and always try to help one another when necessary.

To be compensated fairly based on my experience level and current market rate.

All my team members are wonderful people. We truly work as a team and help each other when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadership team is very clear on the direction and goal of the company. They keep us informed at all times. They care about employees and make sure everyone is treated fairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing the current market rate for someone with my level of experience, I feel I am underpaid as I have many friends with same level of experience who are getting paid at least 50% more salary. This makes me feel undervalued.
