Everyone is friendly and receptive. Unfortunately, the masks make it hard for us to actually recognize people. This is an odd year to say the least.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am generally happy. I am glad that the new employees are carefully vetted before hiring. Every one I have come across seems pleasant. However, I think that compensation needs to be re-examined. Inflation has gone up at an alarming rate. I am concerned about my salary not catching up.

We help each other out when needed.

Being able to talk to my coworkers.

They have been transparent and very willing to discuss and help.

Being able to actually do my work without too much interruption.

I am not sure. I think I have good health benefits.

Health insurance has been very affordable. I appreciate the 401K matching.

I appreciate that the company does social events to create some bonding.

The company is making good effort to have enjoyable activities to get involved in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can only speak to my direct manager. Chris has been understanding about life outside work, and is accomodating in regards to when problems come up outside of work. Both Chris and Bruce has provided professional guidance many times. I appreciate that very much.
