the start of my employment at Anritsu was promising and grew in technical experiences. COVID happened - job duties changed and felt like I had no choice but to accept the roles without compensation. Strengths about long time employees is a weakness too, as change for improvement is now limitations
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Majority of the coworkers are easy going and relaxed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Within our department, we support each other and provide help where needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Organization, goals individually/groups been achieved, efficiency in work and processes, cross department collaboration, and overall company wide adoption towards improvement/change.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Constant communication about the company status and its goals. Hearing the challenges from Donn Mulder during COVID, though frustrating at times, was overall helpful to cope with the changes Anritsu had to go through.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Anritsu does not account for generational compensation for young talent. There are many existing employees that have been here for years, that the young talent filling the roles will be offered the same salary or less instead of market value worth. The existing salary does not acct for gen inflat.
