Overall everything is fine, downside alot of the hardships and limited access to do your job from doing simple tasks can take between 3-5min at other companies, it takes 1min, these are everday duties and there is never a day where no complications happen, I feel like I have to fix alot

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are pretty tight knit everyone in Morgan Hill, just when working with other departments, you get the run around, supposedly that has been addressed by my managers and higherups
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am constantly going above the duties and expectations, constantly making sure work is getting completed, doing other departments (purchasing) to contacting with them then I have to go follow up with the Vendor which I am not the Point of Contact For, having to fix outsource mistakes
