It is a good salary for my current job desc.

Really good communication, in general and a willingness to help each other.

There does seem to be a genuine team mentality, rather than internal competitiveness.

I am part of a very diverse team who seem genuinely motivated to perform cohesively.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation doesn't currently include incentive for doing more. Goals are defined as team goals and do not really include specifics to develop my role within the company. Corporate mantra is very 'dated' and not innkeeping with a more modern productivity assessment.
