The management is absolutely fantastic and the higher rank individuals are really professional. But, I don't like the compensation style of the company. But, overall, its a great company to work and it helps you grow professionally. The scope of the company is huge.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on my experience, the market rate in the northwest region is much higher than what is being paid. Moreover, when the company applied for my green card application, the PWD (prevailing wage) came higher than the suggested Annual salary paid by the company.
