Overall, it has been a very positive experience. It was a lot to learn in the first 2 months, at times overwhelming, but now I feel good about my tasks, and doing them well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary I asked for. And the profit sharing was attractive.

They expect excellent work, which is always good. And they understand the importance of work like balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know how to do my job, who to go to for help if needed, my coworkers are fun and supportive, and my suggestions are hear.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really fun, supportive, caring, easy to collaborate with. I love coming to work knowing there is not drama. We all want to work hard, have fun, take care of our employees, and make improvements where we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our newly promoted CEO makes time to speak with employees face to face at our after work gathering, where he has a chance to meet employees, ask them questions, and get employees' thoughts. He spoke with members of the new gardening club, and told HR to give them whatever resources they needed
