When I got the assignment project completed and acknowledged from my boss.

Provide the positive environment. Not too pushy too much about to get the thing done.

Having a clear goal. Why some employee can work from home or hybrid and why other can't ?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a cut in my paycheck when I join Anritsu and hoping that after I proved myself valuable for the company, I will get the same compensation. Three years later, I still making less than my previous job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The survey only give 2 choices, let say someday I am very excited to go to work and someday I'm not. For example, if there is a tight timeline project that need to meet the deadline then I'm not too excited about coming to work.
