Rewarding, challenging, motivating, fun. I get to work with people who are passionate about what they do, solve problems in a rushed but not too rushed manner, and push myself to design and architect software better.

Since the teams are a smaller size there is a lot of opportunity to grow in your career because solutions need research.

The plethora of new technologies and problems I get to solve. Usually allowing me to enhance my engineering skillset in broad ways.

We all work together to make the product. It isn't our problems against each other, it's us together versus the problems we face.

The managers I interact with directly are legitimately concerned about my well being, the projects I am on, my career path advancement, and personal goals I have.
