Being able to learn and provide assistance and solutions to our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always available to help each other if need be. Truly a great team enviroment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team is doing the best they can under the current terrible business conditions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below what I could make elsewhere, but not by an extreme amount. With housing prices around the area rising it would make sense to increase pay to counter this trend.
