The people. Taking our walks at break and lunchtime.

We work well together. We get along. We help each other as needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting my work completed each day is an accomplishment. Helping others resolve issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under staffed. Employee benefit costs increase yearly and yearly raises do not compensate for that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always encouraging and motivating the employees to make improvements and progress in the field.
