Anritsu has change too much, I remember when people were trying hard to get a job here now it is a problem to fill positions.

too much individual concern and managers are too concerned about themselves.

Connection, upper management is not connected to the employees. They are too concerned about themselves.

My last customer service rating was high and remained constantly high while ensure quality work as one person.

Expectations, some people view their work as their life and expect others to feel the same, too much inequity.
