I love that we are in a leading edge technology. I wish our leadership valued it's employees - demonstrated value and appreciation. Sure, we all know we're 'lucky' to work here... I would be nervous about recommending a job here to a friend because of the terminations and lack of strong leadership
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It seems thoughtful and competitive. I'm happy about that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most have significant knowledge that I admire. I value their skills/knowledge.
What makes you most happy at work?
My paycheck and benefits. I'm just a number - I do my job, I make my money and have my medical..... I keep trying to be beneficial to the company, but never know which way the ax will swing....
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's a NEW/Revised Team - the Clowns running the company into the ground seem to be removed FINALLY. Sad the Sales side still has such "Clique" management style - if you're not in the clique you might as well leave. Don't seem to feel the horrible clique effect on the Corp or M3US side -thankfully
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sorry - Can't think of anything Positive about our "Culture" we really don't have one. Environment is fine - we need to get back to showing VALUE of our employees instead of looking at them all as a liability (who should we get rid of next)..... Maybe that's our culture "everyone is just a number"
