My 1st year was the best year of this company. After seeing nearly 50% my colleagues leave either voluntary or involuntary over the last two or three years has brought my moral and overall experience down.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Retain the current employees that value the Anritsu culture. Hire employees that are culturally fit and are aligned with Anritsu's Core Values. Not just for their technical skills.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better at having consistent messaging top down. Practice and Demonstrate Anritsu's Core Values. Verbally and Visually communicate our top priorities . Hold people accountable!! Keep our current talent. Their replacement will be more expensive and less productive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are fairly new because previous talent had left. Current coworkers find the location or reverse commute more valuable than what they can actually contribute to the company. They are brought in at a higher level than the employees they replace but do half the work.
