I am a seasoned employee but here I learn something new almost every week - it's good to keep learning and growing.

They seem to care about all employees

I believe the PTO hours given are generous.

It seems everyone I come in contact with are caring and friendly.

Being able to support and shine for my boss -making a difference -

The level of knowledge each of them has is a benefit for us all

When I have added value to my team and my boss for good work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think 2% raises are somewhat of an insult when you are a consistent contributing hard worker
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At least in my area they really do listen and care about what I think and my growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well with each other and I believe we all care about our work relationship as well as personal relationship
