Anritsu is a company that has some great people and some good products but so many of the processes are broke and it requires so much handholding to get things done in order to book business.

Talented group of salespeople with good work ethic
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable people and you can have a discussion with them
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a chance to be proactive and develop customer opportunities without upper management attempting to circumvent the process
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation plans have changed mid year and even though I have met the criteria for the original plan, I was not paid on the original plan.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need better alignment between the sales team and the factories. Factories want to maintain status quo in a very demanding (fast change technology) business climate. They need to adapt faster
