Willingness to try new things. More transparency. Less fear of getting laid off.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More leadership (not just management). Empowerment of existing mid-level leaders. Willingness to admit faults with processes, systems, etc, instead of defending them. Less siloed org so that work teams can make decisions without needing to involve a multitude of managers from around the globe.
