We all try to get along because we work together for many ours and also because we all help each other when it comes to any issues in our work area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well I know our company went through very tough times and we missed out on a lot of races!! But I also strongly believe that now the profit sharing also compensate for our missed races!! I totally understand that
What makes you most happy at work?
To able to to make our company grow and for this every morning I wake up and tell myself I love my job!! I love my job and always get up up with a great actitud!! It really works for me
