I like what I do but I don't get paid enough and there is so much work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
most of us at Anritsu do more than our job description and don't get paid enough. I would commute to San Jose for a much better pay but I have small children and need to be close to home and their school. Employees leave because of the pay because we do so much and don't get paid enough.
