Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I came here directly from Cal Poly University and have had many different opportunities to learn different jobs. Some in manufacturing but most in development. In the 41 years I have been here I have been able to expand in to many areas Planning, Project Management and Engineering Management.

Clear direction on projects and communication on goals.

Great team work within the company.

Developing new products and getting them to customers.
