Anritsu has provided me with many challenges. I have been through some rough times and also very prosperous times during my 9 years of employment. However, Anritsu has a very strong team to overcome challenges that arise and become successful. I enjoy working with my team and superiors.

Very dynamic work environment offering a learning experience to broaden your knowledge. Capability of networking with many talented engineers in the industry is great!

There are clear and concise goals set.

Definitely the Health Care and 401k plan matching...

They are all highly experienced and want to accomplish our Company Goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment is so dynamic...it is not stale and everyday is a learning experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
AASC works as a small business environment...this is great as you get to know your colleagues more personally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The guidance that our leadership team provides us on a quarterly basis keeps me on target for what needs to be done for Anritsu to consistently be a high tier test equipment vendor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
With in my team, we communicate on a daily basis. This is essential for us to meet Anritsu's short and long term goals. We are also very close and have lots of fun doing our jobs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am part of the Sales Team in which we get compensated with commissions. Often times challenging to meet quotas in this dynamic and highly competitive industry. However, the rewarding factor to achieve my quotas keeps me working toward those goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel that what makes me happy to work for Anritsu, is the dynamics of the job. Everyday it is something new and I do not find myself working on the same applications on a daily basis. This keeps the job extremely exciting and allows me to learn new technologies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very diverse group of people working with Anritsu. Anritsu has created a great environment for each one of us to communicate freely between each other. This has been very rewarding to me as I get to learn more about my colleagues and gain more experience on my daily responsibilities.
