It used to be an awesome place to work, however the company has lost so many top talents and struggled to backfill them with the same quality people. The campus and benefits have not changed in the last 20+ years. I'm afraid the hiring/retention problems will continue if we don't make any changes.
Good work life balance but way too conservative in general. Need to come up with new ideas (improved facilities, perks, and compensation packages) to better retain top employees and attract younger demographics.
Above average PTO plan than the industry
Open, friendly and easy to work with.
Good work-life balance and good friendly people.
Good and friendly people in general
Fairly laid-back and good friendly people.
Competitive base, above average PTO.
Most people are friendly and willing to help when needed.
Solving challenging problems to help make the company more successful.
Friendly, loyal, normal good people who understand their roles in the company.
I like my job and the work that I'm doing every day.
Our annual base pay is competitive, however, unfortunately, Anritsu doesn't offer any RSU (stock incentives) which most other tech companies do (especially in the bay area), which worths at least 25+% on top of your base. This is also a great way to retain employee since it has long vested periods.
