What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no cut throat mentality. People work together well, even across teams and there is not that element of "watch your back" that is common at our competitors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No adjustments made for when we were in the downturn when we moved out of it. Reviews reflected the commitment to the company, and it was understood that when things improved again, there would be adjustments.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm allowed to continually learn new skills. I'm not put into a box and told to do the same thing day after day. I have the freedom to find new ways to do the required job in order to improve efficiencies.
