My overall experience here at Anritsu has always been a positive one. The longer my time here, the more I feel a greater sense of belonging.

A lot of work and not enough compensation for it. Higher raises each year

Knowing that I make a difference in what I do, to contribute to the end results. It's very Satisfying!

Our leadership team at Anritsu all lead by example. Hard working individuals that have an open door policy. Willing to provide assistance when ever needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a healthy competitive edge, its a personal competition for me. Changing up my daily routine and getting my tasks done are a high for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can appreciate the continued support throughout the pandemic, and the guidance through the process of mapping out where we need to be to "WIN" as a team and organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a positive workplace, where people are engaged in their roles and like coming to work. We all make a difference with what we can bring to the table.
