No personal time off. Too stressful. Manager are not understanding. Too many task all at once and can’t keep up with Quotas. Understaffed. Poor training. Unfairness. Office space too small, too loud, rude customer

we are continually asked to do more with less people. we are now expected to master every Department, with little to no training there is not adequate compensation for experience. New hires are paid more than people who have worked here for years

We have a high deductible 70/30 health insurance plan. And the 401k is horrible.

I believe I am personally underpaid for all the work I do. Many people have been leaving over the past couple years and instead of hiring more people or even promoting the existing employees we are just responsible for the left over work with no extra incentives.
