Getting paid and working almost by myself

We have opportunities to make more money all the time
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The co workers are people who you can tell have drug problems and dont work hard at all, show up late and take way too many breaks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think i should start out making the maximum when i do more work on my route compared to other routes and then make my raises from there instead of waiting almost two years before i make the maxium
