The worse workplace to be employed . There is lack of leadership and communication. You are worked to the bone and treated unfairly. Had an problem of not being paid for overtime i was given payments vs a full payment of my already earned time.

I am undervalued. I am overworked for three different occupations and being paid the lowest with no benefits .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is knowing we are serving children and helping theyre every need. School staff members are wonderful to be surrounded. We also enjoy to see the childrens smiles its a delight.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworker and I work great as a team. We give eachother a helping hand everyday. Our supervisor will not help at all and will not give a lending hand. We are not even given enough time for a water break or bathroom break.
