If my pay wasnt cut every year that would be a start. Also, promoting temps that live in their cars at our venue is bad for morale overall.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The actual aramark employees that work with me are rock solid with a few exceptions. Aramark managers dont seem to realize that they manage people. Period. Thats what a manager does. They want to get rid of workers and hire temps so they dont have to deal with workers.
