The money(check) mostly. The coworker are great when there not tense. Management needs to really work with communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They see you suffering they'll give you a hand. Same for others who need it. We do help one another even if the work place gets intense.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality of the food. Also having it in stock and hospitality to the guest. There are also many temps and not full time employees. Also short staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Just being with the team more than leaving the team by themselves. Making us take the fall or making the decisions that should be the leader of the the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher raise since I been there for a year the only raise are cents. Not even 50 cents atleast. Contributing more than the position I applied. Cashier/ General Utility /Dish Washer/ Line Cook and sometimes technician. I only applied for 1 didn't knew I applied more than 1.
