No acknowledgement for myself who actually works. We reward worker who come in high and work great for some events.. But not the constants

Communication. And each Manager and their departments to lead by example. I take pride in my cash room team. We work efficiently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not positive on the company. It is positive only in my department. Our department is leaded by the UNIT CONTROLLER. AND we love it.
