I love what I do but I hate the politics of the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to take care of their employees and worry more about moral than buying into more and more companies.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager I had at that time was very nice. My supervisor was very funny but she is no l onger with the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I love my coworkers. They are hating the way this company is just as much as me..so much now about diversity that it makes me puke.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The whole bathroom equality has really hurt this company. Diversity should not be the first thing you think about for fear of being sued. Come on think about the employees in other ways.
