There is room for growth. It is above average for the cost of living in my area. I have a family and have several choices on benefit platforms.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager knows how I think and has used that to push me forward in the training/sales process. The culture here is amazing as well. Lots of tenure in sales and that says a lot.
