Majority are veteran's to the company, so they have experience from moving up and being promoted with in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We pull together to make our patrons happy. We all offer something to each person we come in contact with. We pride ourselves on paying attention to our guest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Really for the work I do and the experience I have I do not get paid enough. However there is room to advance ( slowly but surely) so besides the patrons and employees it has it's advantages. I enjoy my job as well.
