The first 2 years was amazing. I enjoyed going to work, but it declined when the quality of employees hired declined (front-line and management). Overall I am not happy with my location

When help is needed, my team can count on each other for it.

The majority of coworkers have created a "family" type relationship with each other
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was just a walk through of the questions, since I was already guaranteed the position
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My job title does not reflect what I contribute to the accounting department at my location. This has allowed me to not receive the pay I deserve based off experience, and amount of work, and underestimates my worth at first glance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overall moral is low across all locations. Constantly being understaffed, not having a working budget, no support from management, and not being appreciated for the work done has taken a toll on employees. Some sort of support from management is needed across the board
