I tend to stick to myself and get my job done. However, I feel that a lot of my coworkers are given the freedom to slack off a lot which makes other's jobs harder.

I feel that my starting pay should have been higher for the work that I do.

I'm not necessarily happy at work, but I am there for a purpose, which is making money. I am the most positive when everyone is doing their share of work.
