My experience has it's up and downs. Great events, but leadership management needs to be improved. There are many days that we get yelled at with their frustration. I close most events, and here all the complaints.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing my coworker who work will with other.. and Communication. I love seeing the new events in our building.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with Aramark for longer than 98% of my team. I am still considered a "temp" employee, and I have always helped out all departments. And I know I am getting paid less than other supervisors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to communicate a lot better. Our leadership team does not respond to constructive "help." They are newer than some employees who have worked at this location, and still do not work well with others. We want our leadership not to blow up at us or employees helping.
