Under staff, over worked and under pay. Not sure if I am getting my full for all the hours I worked. Management can change hours without employees knowledge.

Give yearly raises at .50 or more an hour.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They try to pull together even though we are short staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hiring more people to fill the shortage and give better raises.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast but the but the process took over 2 months to hire due to paper work being slow.
