They don't want to hire enough employees to do the work all the work expected. It is very easy for someone sitting behind a desk say something is doable when they have never done the job themselves. The pay is ridiculous we have people making 9.25 a hour.

My kitchen staff is the most positive.

Communication, listening to employee concerns, act like you value your employees.

It was just going from a district employee to a management co.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pay, rude upper mgt at our location. We can't get employees because we pay 9.20 and surrounding school districts pay better. FWISD 16.00hr,Burleson 12.00hr, Chapel Hill 17.00hr IDEA 13.50-15.00hr depending on experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team in the school is super!!! I have a GREAT supervisor! The director and the director of operation have ALOT to be desired. Very rude think they can talk to you any way they want. I'm sure we pay our Chef a nice salary to go get food from Trader Joes, HEB and jus change the container.
