What did you like most about the interview process?
I guess the woman she was very nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The systems don't work. People ask to be out on auto pay, doesn't work. They get wrong deliveries and still get charged for complete orders. The point of contact on their account NEVER works. The local office and billing department don't know who does what. Customers never get their issues resolved.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to take classes on management. There is nothing communicated. One half does one thing and the other half does another. They treat temps horrible. Don't even give them badges to come in to work and get upset when they knock, even put a sign "PLEASE DONT KNOCK" but they work inside?
