Able to work remotely, and in turn has made us all check-in with each other more than we would have in an office environment
The people are the most positive. I have formed life-long friendships. The willingness to always help one another.
The company does attract some magnificent talent. Unfortunately, many of the great talent leave after a few years due to lack of respect from leadership.
The team works together and supports each other, the cross tram communication can be quite poor
There is a sense of comraderie however there is also ablot of turnover so it hard to build relationships.
