What do you like best about the leadership team?
Feels like senior management has any idea the amount of work required to get from point A to point B in our cumbersome process. I think latest developments rung their bell a little bit though :-)

Short term Incentive. But considering how much unofficial overtime we may pull, it may not be as good as it seems...

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better corporate environment, management opportunities, listening to employees, quality of life, and not feeling pressured to get things done devoid of the appropriate tools. Also, get rid of the AI as opposed to being able to reach live service reps in HR.

The people make the experience. The offices spaces are meh (open office). But the co-workers make it bearable.

Helping remove obstacles to project progression makes me happiest. Doing research on tough problems is a close second.
