Less Salary package then the market standard . Need to the paid faily as per market value

Being in the market every single day we know what other companies are paying on a base salary for agency recruiters. Atrium is on the very low end. Also, Atrium is paying newer employees more money then employees who have been here longer. The gap is pretty significant.
