I have been with Aveanna or legacy companies for 17 years. I have had the pleasure of growing and working with an amazingly talented and committed group and I am so grateful for the opportunities and challenges.

They are easy to relate to, they care about what we do and the experiences of our employees and patients.

They believe in there company mission and vision and understand how were impact the lives of others. They are committed to our patients, families and nurses. They are open to feedback and improvement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Engagement with other co-workers, we work together to meet goals and make things happen. I love when a good plan or project comes together and is successful ESPECIALLY when it means we can provide great care to more patients and their families.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership teams puts the patients, their families and our bedside caregivers at the front of all we do as an organization. They support our teams in their efforts to create the best experience possible while focusing on clinical excellence as well as team member development and growth.
