They value their employees and work hard to provide recognition whenever possible. No company is perfect, but they make the effort more than other companies I have worked for in the past.

No day is perfect and COVID has made things worse for everyone, but seeing how bad things are at other companies I am glad I am with one that is pulling together in tough times.
