What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is not as good as the Anthem insurance we had. I am have outpatient surgery and have $4000 out of pocket. Insurance only covers $1500

They are a team, we talk and everyone has input. We have created a good atmosphere where they feel they are safe and can talk freely
