Communication, Teamwork and we help each other. We also support each others individual teams.

We have a really good quarterly bonus package. We must meet our goals of course.

We work well together. It is like a family because we have input and knowledge of changes and updates before they happen.
What makes you most happy at work?
I LOVE the challenges we have not just individually, but as a team and a corporation. Healthcare changes almost daily and we work hard to stay on top of the ever changing business.
