Well my experience has changed moving from a PDN branch to a HHH recruiter for several branches. So far it's been fine. Just need to train the HHH branches to have hope and do things like the PDN branches do.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to candidates and getting them excited to work for us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along and support each other even when we make a mistake.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the bonus plan but I still haven't received docusign documents to even read about a bonus and its been almost 2 months.
